We woke up early to go to the North of Spain and go to the beach, Comillas. It was a 3 hour drive but worth it! The beach and town were so pretty and we had so much fun! But, the water was super cold! I could only go to my waist! We hung out on the beach and had a picnic with chicken sandwiches and chips. It was really fun and I got to read some of my book. Then we got to walk around the town and went to El Capricho de GaudÃ, an amazing house that was designed by Antoni GaudÃ. It was so awesome to see! The entire exterior is covered in sunflowers and the lawn is one of the only gardens still here that was designed by GaudÃ. It was so beautiful!
After we left that, we got ice cream and watched a concert that was being held! It was so cool! Then we drove back to their house, for three straight hours, and ate dinner and the end of the carrot cake while playing Parcheesi. We were all super tired by then so everyone went to sleep.
